Q: What is your return policy?

A: While we do not offer full refunds, we do offer store credit that will never expire! There is a 14-day window for in-store purchases and a 30-day window for online purchases to be returned for store credit. If you need to make a return now, please go to our “Returns” page.

Q: How do I pick my best size?

A: We understand that finding your size online can be difficult at times, but we want to make your experience as easy as possible! Most of our brands run true to size and are sized either Small (0-2), Medium (4-6), or Large (8-10). If a style is available in XS or XL we will carry those sizes as well! 

In the product description of each item we will always let you know if the item is running TTS, small, or large. If you can’t tell by the pictures and description please call us at 817-656-2500 or email us at support@austinlorin.com so our styling team can give you personalized help! We are more than happy to answer any questions.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: If you wish to exchange your item for any reason please contact us ASAP. Product moves quickly and we want to make sure you get your correct size & style! The quickest way to resolve an exchange is to email us with your issue/request at support@autinlorin.com

Q: What payment options are available?

A: We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.

Q: What is Shop Pay?

A: Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that allows customers to save their contact information, credit card, and shipping information. This saves time when checking out!

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: The most popular option is our Standard UPS shipping. There is a flat rate $8 shipping fee for this option unless the subtotal of your order is $200 or more, then this option becomes complimentary. The second most popular option is the Free Local Pickup at our brick and mortar store. We also offer Same Day Local Delivery for local orders. UPS Next Day Air shipping is also an option at an additional fee.

Q: How quickly will my item ship after placing an order?

A: If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 5pm then it will ship out SAME DAY. If your order is placed Friday after 5pm-Sunday then it will ship out Monday. Local delivery is always delivered SAME DAY as well!
